Will is the GM and Director of UK Hard Goods, having re-joined eBay in Summer 2025. Prior to this, Will was Customer Director at Signet Jewelers (HSamuel & Ernest Jones), overseeing Digital, Marketing and Customer functions for the Group. Will got to know the eBay team by implementing an eBay shop with Seasalt Cornwall in 2020, for whom he was Chief Sales Officer from 2018 to 2022. Will enjoys combining knowledge both seller-side and within eBay to drive meaningful experiences in the Refurb and Hard Goods space for eBay buyers and sellers in the future, and making a small contribution in strengthening the Recommerce ecosystem in the UK
