I am an Italian business leader with over 20 years of international experience in FMCG, Personal Care, and Healthcare. I currently serve as Business Capability Expert for Sustainability for Personal Health and Sustainability Platform Leader for Personal Health at Royal Philips. In this role, I lead the team responsible for defining and implementing the end-to-end sustainability agenda across Personal Health, integrating ESG targets into product development, supply chain operations, and innovation strategy.
Before taking on this role, I held several senior positions at Philips, including Tribe Leader for Repair & Refurbishment and Consumer Marketing Director for Philips Avent, where I drove growth through circular-economy initiatives and consumer-driven innovation. Earlier in my career, I led category and brand development at Artsana Group (Chicco) in Italy.
