Mike Babbar is a seasoned operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation in the circular economy, trade-in programs, and post-sales customer experience. Currently serving as WW Operations Leader for Amazon's Trade-In, Mike oversees global operations and customer experience initiatives. Throughout his career, Mike has built and scaled service operations at Samsung, launching the In-Store & Mobile Repair Service Network supporting over 3,500 technicians and 1,000 stores; at Peloton, leading worldwide repair and reverse logistics; and at Best Buy, where he managed sales, returns, and repair operations for 10 years. His expertise spans reverse logistics, refurbishment, repair operations, warranty management, and regulatory compliance. A recognized thought leader in circularity, Mike serves on the CTIA RLSQ Leadership Board, helping establish wireless repair amd grading certification standards (WISE Certification), and is a member of SERI's R2 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
