Bill has been with BJ's almost 20 years in a variety of roles from quality control, resource analyst distribution, reverse logistics and supply chain support. He leans on his cross functional experience to provide what support he can to the organization including but not limited to the reverse logistics operations. In addition to reverse logistics, Bill oversees inventory control, freight claims and provides support to budget and analysis. His journey in reverse logistics started 11 years ago as a reverse logistics operations analyst. Bill and his team maintain desks at the DCs to provide ongoing support.
